Prima Școală is the first instance of PSR — built in Romanian, for Romanian-speaking communities, as the proof that this model works before it is offered to anyone else.
This is a principle, not a marketing slogan. Before offering PSR to any organization, the team behind it is building Prima Școală for Romania — their own community, their own language, their own challenges.
Every recommendation, every deployment guide, and every claim about impact measurement will be tested first on Prima Școală. When we tell another organization "this is how it works," we will have done it ourselves.
This is not a concept. It is a commitment. The code will be owned by a Romanian NGO. The technology is open source and MIT licensed — verifiable, modifiable, and sustainable by the community it serves.
Prima Școală targets Romanian-speaking communities, with a focus on youth and young adults. These are the people who face the sharpest gaps between what the education system teaches and what life actually requires.

The broader vision goes beyond individual learning: graduates of Prima Școală become part of a connected network — community members who understand AI and deploy it for real impact. Not just learners, but builders and mentors.

This is the test every education system fails. A young person struggling with addiction does not schedule their crisis during office hours. A teenager with questions about sexuality does not walk into the school counselor's office at 10 AM on a Tuesday. The moment of need is unpredictable, private, and urgent.
Prima Școală passes the 2 AM test. The AI agents are there when the human counselors are not. Anonymous, nonjudgmental, accurate. And when the situation is beyond what AI can handle, it connects the person to a human — seamlessly, with context, without making them start over.
Subjects nobody teaches — addiction, sexuality, mental health, financial literacy — are the subjects young people need most. Prima Școală teaches them.
